I recently re-visited the Sending Love stamp set. I noticed a stamp that resembled a cancellation mark used by the USPS. I remembered back to the time that mailing postcards while traveling, was a common thing to do. As I reflected on my travels I thought of how fun it was to send a postcard from where ever I was, to family and friends. It was a way of sharing.
I decided to create a Christmas Card that resembled a postcard.
What I used:
- A 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock
- a scrap of basic whiye cardstock
- A 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of DSP. I used Take a Bow DSP.
- A 1/8″ x 3″ strip of the same DSP.
- A piece of Basic White cardstock that measures 3-5/8″ x 4-3/4″. This will be a layer that you will decorate and ahere to the layer of DSP.
