As I play with new product I decided to replenish my birthday card stash. Below is a card that was intended for a child’s birthday.

Measurements
- Soft Seafoam cardstock 11” x 4-¼”. With the long side facing upward score at 5-½”. With a bone folder secure fold.
- A piece of the WILDFLOWER BIRTHDAY DSP 5” x 2-½”. Cut a banner tip on bottom
- A piece of Flirty Flamingo 5-¼” x 2-¾”. Cut banner tip on bottom
- Basic White cardstock 4” x 5-14” for insert
- Basic white scrap 3” x 2”
Instructions
- Fold the card base so it is a top folding card base.
- Adhere the pink gingham banner onto the Flirty Flamingo Banner
- Die cut a piece of basic white card stock with the Perennial Postage die.
- In Memento stamp the balloon image onto this die cut.
- With your water painter Paint the balloons. I used Daffodil Delight, Balmy Blue and Petal pink.
- With the Secret Garden Scrapbooking stamp and thin Cuts Stamp the sentiment “Happy, Happy, Happy”
- With dimensionals adhere the sentiment label onto the card.
- Then with twine made into a bow adhere to the card. I colored my twine with my Petal Pink ink. You could also use ribbon.
This card would be appropriate for and young girl. You can always change the DSP Banner if you want.
