I have so many photos that I have just been waiting to put in an album but never seemed to find time to organize and put in album. Finally I did it.!!!! I organized the pictures by person then by year.
In doing so I decided to start a photo album for my niece. So I began at the beginning
I started with the Newspaper layout. I matted the light purple cardstock onto a 12×12 white cardstock. Then I adhered a yellows baby print on left side (vertically).
I had some alphabet stickers that were colorful so I used them to spell out her name. Her name was placed on a white banner that was directly at the top left hand side of the page. To the right of the name I placed a cute word sticker.
I used my contour border dies (Stampin Up) to create a scalloped mat for the pictures that I placed vertically on left hand side of page.
To the middle and to the right I placed an announcement that was sent out to the family when baby was born. This works well for journaling.
Then I decorated the page with a ephemera. For texture and interest I used some puffy heart shaped stickers in clusters of three at the top right hand corner. in addition to the hearts I used some gem stones for of course bling.
On the second page I used three photos and used the white scalloped frames to mat the pictures. I decorated the page with heart stickers and gem stones and girly word stickers.
I used a tag for journaling to complete page.
I had such fun creating these pages and even did two more the same day.
The face are covered only to offer some privacy for the baby. She really is beautiful.
