I made this card live on Face Book, Thursday, February 17, 2022. You are most welcome to check out the video for more.
I did use:
- Basic White cardstock (#159276) cut 7″ x 6-1/4″. I scored with the 7″ side facing to the top of my trimmer, at 3-1/2″. Then I secured the fold with my bone folder (#102300).
- I cut a rectangle of the designer series paper with a background of night of navy and white star pattern. That paper is part of the “Sunshine and Rainbows” (#158126) featured in the Sale a-bration catalog and can be yours with a $50.00 purchase from my online store. I cut that paper 6″x 3-1/4″.
- I cut a square (2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″) of Basic White paper.
- I also cut a square (2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″) of the Yellow DSP with white clouds.
- I cut a square (2-3/4″ x 2-3/4 “) of the clouds, sunshine, and rainbows on Night of Navy DSP.
- I cut 1 square of Basic White cut to 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″.
- I also cut a rainbow from the rainbow patterned paper from the Sunshine and Rainbows DSP. I did cut only 3 layers of one of the rainbows.
- Friendly Hello stamp set (#158075)
I began by adhering the patterned night of navy rectangle (6″x 3-1/4″) to the card front leaving a margin all around.
I proceeded by adhering the white square (2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″) to the left side of the white and night of navy patterned paper. Then I adhered the clouds, rainbows, and sunshine on night of navy on the white square.
I adhered the yellow and white patterned paper on the right side of the white and night of navy rectangle.
On top of the yellow patterned, paper I adhered the smaller white square of Basic White. On this white square I glued the rainbow image and stamped Hello Friend.
I embellished the card with yellow enamel dots and iridescent gemstones.
