I definately wanted to use the beautiful black with gold specks DSP. After contemplating I decided on using it as a layer on a Christmas Card I felt so accomplshed with the completed card.
Materials:
- 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ card base (Black Berry Bliss cardstock #133675).
- One 5-1/4″ x 4″ rectangle cut out of gold foil. This was a scrap from the Splendind Day DSP #159666.
- One piece od the black and gold Lights Aglow DSP #159535. Cut with the seccond largest Scalloped Contour Die #155560.
- Gold snowflake cut with the Lights Aglow die set #159954.
- A 4″ x1-14″ strip of Soft succulet card stock #1555776.
- Used the scalloped label die #155560.to cut a sentiment tag. I stamped J”oy” as my sentiment but you cans use any Christmas sentiment you want.
- I used thin gold ribbon to embellish my card.
- Of course the card was decorated with irridesent gems. Use what you like.
The idea when creating this card was to use scraps from my scrap bin and unused Christmas DSP. You are welcome to recreate as you like.
