I used the trees stamp from the Merriest Tress Stamp set  and the stamped in Shaded Spruce ink.  I stamped that tree on some Basic White card stock I then used the largest tree die from the MerriestTree Dies to cut out the tree.

I didn’t stop with one tree instead I stamped four more trees – five in all. Then I used the different sized tree dies to cut out graduating sizes of trees.  I layered them in graduating sizes. Oh my goodness, what definition!.

I cut a strip of the Regal Winter DSP (1-1/2″x5).”On the top and bottom of this strip I added a strip of gold foil. (The foil was 1/4″x5″).

I embossed a 5″x3-3/4″ piece of Basic White card stock. I used the Birchwood embossing folder. I then adhered the Regal Winter strip of DSP, that was lined with foil, on the basic white embossed layer. Of course, I slanted the stip so that it wasn’t straight.

Then I adhered the layered tree on the top card layer..

Also before I adhered the Regal Winter strip on th layer I heat embossed in gold my Christmas sentiment.

The white embossed layer was adhered to a 5-1/4″x 4″ piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock and then added to the A2 Basic White card base.  I made this card in landscape but you could edit the measurements and create in portriat.

Here are two more cards made basically the same way. I just changed the DSP color and tree color. I also changed the orientation of one of the cards.
